Throughout his career, Steve’s primary passion has been the motivation, development and success of people. He has always been fascinated by what makes us tick and how to help people achieve their most significant goals and realise their true potential.
Prior to starting The Therapy Lounge in 2005, Steve enjoyed a successful career in business, latterly floating his digital publishing company on the London Stock Exchange.
His fascination for personal development led him to leave the corporate zone to pursue a full time career as a therapist and mind coach. After training as a Clinical Hypnotherapist and NLP Master Practitioner, Steve created The Therapy Lounge, with its first clinic based in NW London. Since then, he has also develop his CBT skills and has taken pride in helping literally thousands of clients experience positive change.
