Chocolate addict loses three stone using hypnotherapy

A mother of five, who confessed to binge-eating chocolate that was meant as gifts for her children, has used hypnosis to cure her addiction.
Wendy McDonald, 42, has lost three stone and dropped three dress sizes since she sought the help of her local hypnotherapist and claims she has never felt better.
In an interview with The Mail Online, she detailed how weight loss hypnotherapy helped to change her life forever.
She said: "I have experienced massive changes in my eating habits. I don't eat between meals and my portions have halved. According to dealchocolate.com, Wendy used to be so addicted to chocolate beats that she once ate three selection boxes of chocolates she had bought for her children in one."
However, her weight loss hypnosis has proved so effective she claims that she now has no desire to purge on chocolate bars.
She said: "The strangest thing is that I have gone off chocolate bars, which is unheard of. I don't even spare them a thought anymore. I want to be able to eat something delicious from time to time, having factored in the calorie content. I want to enjoy it, relishing the indulgence, but confident in the fact that one will be enough."
She added that it was great to finally set an example of a positive body image to her three daughters, Megan, Ella and Kezia.
