Woman drops four dress sizes in four months via hypnotherapy

A mother-of-two has credited her astonishing five-a-half stone weightloss to hypnotherapy.
Sam Alderwash, 36, booked a session with her local hypnotherapist in September and has already dropped four dress sizes since the treatment.
The teaching assistant was hypnotised into believing that she had a gastric band fitted so that she would be fooled into eating smaller portions of food.
This form of weightloss hypnotherapy has provided increasingly popular amongst those who are desperate for some assistance in controlling their meal sizes.
In an interview with The Mail Online, Alderwash explained how the treatment proved immediately successful.
She said: "After having the procedure, I immediately felt like my stomach was tighter. I went home that night and could barely eat any of my dinner. I just felt full, it was amazing.
"Obviously, logically, I know I haven't had surgery - but the procedure is convincing. I just don't get very hungry now, and I want to eat healthier foods."
According to topnews.us, Alderwash made the move after a humiliating incident when she got stuck in a dress she was trying for a wedding. She had to be cut free from the dress by the shopkeeper using a pair of scissors.
At her heaviest, she weighed 13.5 stone.
